I was editing some areas of jotform, I am not sure what I did but when the form is filled out completely and I hit submit it is emailed to the address we set up and the subject line would look like this :
NEW JOB: Jones- Fire / smoke - Sp Whitemarsh
Now it does not show the last name on the subject line (see below) and I am not sure how to fix it so it shows like the subject line above.
NEW JOB: - Fire / smoke - Service Master Allentown

Please add {lastName} to the email subject in the email notifications. Here's how:
1. Open your form. In the Form Builder, click the Emails button.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. Add the {lastName} in the Email Subject and click the Save button when you're done.
