Email condition not working on edit submission

    The email conditional doesn't seem to be working.  When a change is made to the form and submitted it is suppose to send the email based on the conditional but it does not seem to be working when an edit is made to a pre exsisting form.  It does work when the form is being created for the first time.

    Notifications are not sent on edit by default. You will have to enable that on email notifications first.

    Open the email notification > go to Advanced tab > Set YES on Send on Edit option
