    Why are file uploads no longer being supported on my form?

    The problem is that our form is no longer accepting file uploads - when previously it has accepted pdfs, jpgs, docs, etc. We have had 7 individuals fill out the form properly prior to this arising yesterday afternoon, but expect most of our entrants to use the form in the next two-three days. How can I fix this error?

    I checked file extensions allowed on your form and I don't see the problem there:

    I tested your form as well, but it allowed me to upload all files I tried.

    Did that error happen more than once?

    Are you still experiencing this problem?

    Yes - I was first contacted yesterday about error from one person who received the error “You can only upload following files:” Since I had no issues with uploading before, I assumed the problem was on her end. Then, in the evening a second person sent an email and they had received the same error. After two complaints, I have tried the form numerous times myself and received the same error every time. Here is a screenshot I just took:

    I have cloned the form, which does not have the same issues with uploading. However, the link to the first form was shared previously and I would like it to still be usable if possible.

    Our sincerest apologies. This should be fixed now.

    This was due to the latest changes on the file upload field resources but it has already been resolved by our devs. We were instructed to clear the affected user form's cache to sort this out which I just did in your form.

    I am getting the same problem with a couple of my forms.  Users have been uploading images fine until yesterday and then they started getting the error: You can only upload following files:

    It seems that it is an intermittent, but I have just tested one of the forms myself and got the same error.  

    Can someone help please as we have people trying to upload files for a deadline tonight.
