My account has been suspended - suspected to be used for phishing. This is not true. I have used your product for years and now have it installed on 14 websites. This is a very serious problem for me and my clients and I need my account restored asap.
I have no idea what could have triggered the suspension. At the time it occured I was following directions on JotForm to use the password question.
Please advise immediate how my account may be restored. My websites depend on JotForm 24/7.

I have reactivated your account the forms should be working fine by now. It was suspected of Phishing and was autosuspended because of the Login form created, please note that Login forms can not be used with JotForm since membership feature is not supported.
