I absolutely LOVE JotForm, and have a few accounts here. this particular account though I no longer have a need to be Premium. I tried to cancel the Premium billing in my account settings but it's saying my user/pass incorrect. I want to keep the account on the Free level, just cancel the Premium billing for now. Account username is "DaytonRegion"
