Preview of form shows error message that "This form is disabled".

After the completion of the design of the form, The system tells me that the model does not exist

Please help me, my loved ones - I've worked on this model for more than 5 hours .

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.
