How to add repeated area

I need an employee information form, so the top part of employer information should only show once, while the employee information part will be repeated based on the number of employees they need to submit at one time.

Could you advise me how to repeat the employee part when the employer needs to add more employees?

Is there a choice like that?

Thank you so much and I like it.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. I've understood your problem. There is more than one option to add more fields as you wanted:

First of all, I strongly recommend you to use Dynamic textbox widget to add repeated area. Please find the link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_textbox

Secondly, you can use conditions to hide and show fields according to the options selected by the user. Check out this sample form to see how it works.

Also, you can use configurable list widget to do that. Please find the link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list

If you need further clarification, do not hesitate to contact. We will be happy to help you.

    Thanks.

Thank you for the help. Yes, I did use the second option to solve the problem. Next time I will try the dynamic textbox widget.
