I've upgraded to Professional and it hasn't taken effect yet? How long does it take?

    I've cleared my cache and cookies and still my account hasn't updated. Can you advise when this is likely to take effect?

    We apologise for what this issue has caused you. To upgrade to a Professional subscription you will have to cancel the existing Premium package and then re upgrade to Professional.
