Invalid Extension for Picture Uploads

    The people using my survey keep getting an invalid extension error message when trying to upload pictures.

    The issue should be fixed now. If it doesn't work for you could you please clear your browser caches? After that, we would appreciate it if you could also test it on your side and let us know the result.

    Made sure that the file size is under the limit and have cleared the form cache. Are you saying we need to clear browser caches on all of our computers?
