Why I'm getting error message on upload field?

Buenas tardes:

Continuamos con los mismos problemas ahora el portal me genera este problema de no subir las fotografías a la encuesta.

Our developers did certain changes on how our upload fields are working so that could cause the error message you saw. I did some adjustments on your account and you shouldn't have any problems.
