PDF report not capturing new fields

    Hey folks! 


    i've added some new questions to existing forms. I can see those questions when I view the form, and I can see the answers people have provided to those questions when I view the submissions. But when I "Get PDF" of those filled-out forms, the new questions and their answers are omitted from the PDF document. How can I remedy this? Thanks!!

    It seems that the PDF report of your form https://www.jotform.com/30585182991967 had been customized already. The modified/updated form fields was not captured to the custom PDF report.

    To fix this, delete the custom PDF report in your form Reports. This processed will reset the PDF report template to the default one. 

    You can test/check again the Get PDF option and check if the report is now fixed.
