Shipping field not showing on published form.

    When I edit my form the field for shipping information appears. When I publish and view it disappears. I checked the status and it's not a hidden field. Here's the link to the form: https://form.jotform.com/62975606323157

    It looks like you have a Show/Hide condition with an error, which is causing the Shipping field to not appear on your form.

    To resolve this issue, simply delete the condition with an error.
