Hi, I was wondering if you may be able to help me.
We have 3 forms that have been set up for online registration. We are receiving the submissions but unfortunately the confirmation email isn't being sent to the person registering.
Please can you advise how we might go about fixing this?

I've checked your forms and also your submissions.
The confirmation email isn't being sent to the persons as it seems like no person has their email address in the submission list. Each email field seems empty in your submission page as the following screenshot:
You have to be careful about which email address you are using as you have 2 different variables in order to indicate email address. Please check these screenshot below to understand better:
Also, I've tried your form on my side and I've managed to get auto confirmation mail into my private mail account as you can see the following screenshot:
As a conclusion, I've understood that you should have chosen the second email address named "Email Address"as recipient as you can see below:
