I am able to see the owner of the form http://form.jotform.us/form/51678016149156 is "stephenlenker". And you are a sub user of that account.

I am also able to see your current account subscription type is "Starter-Free" plan. Total form submission limit of free subscription type is 500. And the form, which you want to transfer have total 2432 submissions. So the form submissions beyond 500 may get deleted.

After your confirmation, we will move the form to your account.

 just upgraded my account.  I  need to become the "account owner of the link above and we need all of our submission transferred to me.  Steve is no longer with our company.

We also have other forms associated with Steve I need moved over as well.
