Webpage tab shows wrong text

I've created some forms and published them to our company website.  When clicking on the web link from our webpage, a new webpage opens, displaying the form, however the tab at the top of the webpage is in Russian text as shown in the below image (the middle tab).

The issue might be related to the outdated form Page Title.

Please try to update your form Page Title via Preferences.

Preferences > Advanced > Show More > Page Title
