Need password reset: not receiving the link on my email.

    I have an account: financialassistance@hngirlscouts.org

    I changed the password a while back so that co-workers could use it when I'm out of the office. Of course, I forgot the password. I tried to reset it, but I haven't received the email that it's supposed to send for the reset.

     

    Is there any way you could reset it from there?

    I checked our logs and the password reset email for your account looks to have been sent successfully from our end.  Check your spam/junkmail folders to see if it has been filtered there.
