Is there a way to receive text (SMS) messages for for submissions?

Is there a way to enable the sms:800555-1212 type of code so that we get a text message as well for form notification?

Please check the following options.

1) It might be possible to use provider's "Email to SMS" gateway to receive text messages. Please see the next support forum thread to get an idea on this.

2) SMS by Zapier.
