How can I get my jot forms sent automatically to my email address or how can I get a notification when someone fills out a JotForm?

    Hi-

I just created a jotform and embedded it in an email campaign that I am doing with mailchimp.  I've tested the mailchimp email, clicked on and completed my jotform document and clicked done.

The email address attached to my jotform account does not get a notification after I have completed the jot form, though in 'my forms' on the JotForm menu, I can see that the form has been completed. I've also set up some conditions for the form, that when someone fills out their first name, that it should send me an email.  Still no email received to notify me.

I'm just wondering what setting I'm missing to get a notification email automatically sent to my own email address each time someone completes my form. Is this even possible?  Have I just missed a setting or am I required to login to jotform to check for form completions all the time??

    Thank you.

    Meg

I notice that your email address is in our bounce list and so you are not receiving emails to this address. I have removed it from the bounce list and you should be now receiving the notifications without any issue.

Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
