How do you change the forms so they can't be edited by other users?Asked by worldchamps2017 on October 25, 2016 at 05:10 PM
Hi when the forms are live on the website to be filled out the recipient has the option to edit the form, please advise how I change this so they cannot edit it.
I have checked your JotForm titled Judges / Managers / World Council Members Registration Form and see that the Edit submission link is available in the notifications.
Are these notification emails being sent to any other users? The edit link in the notification allows editing the submission by any user. You may remove the edit link from the notifications so that they'll not able to edit the submission.
Hope this information helps! Let us know if you are referring something different. We will be happy to help.
