My form, GB Wine Order Form is showing code instead of text in the header.  Can you help  me fix that?

I checked your GB Wine Order Form here http://www.jotform.ca/form/61876413920256 and found I am able to confirm the code formatted text in your form's header.

This problem is happening because you have html text that was entered there so it is retaining the applied text formatting.

Did you copy and paste it? That can cause that sort of problem unless you paste it into a notepad first to stripe it of any applied formatting that might carry over.

Unless you were you trying to link it there perhaps? And in that case it's better to use the "text field" for html instead for it.

I've fixed it for you in this updated copy of your form to strip out the html.
