How to use my converted form as an online form?

I converted my pdf form to Jotform and now I don't know what to do? Can I use this form for people to fill out online or do I have to create an entirely new form from scratch as a WP plugin?

If you have already created your form and you can see it when you go to My Forms page, then you could already use your form, you could get the direct link by clicking on the publish icon and copying the link from there:
