    please help me log back in I paid $19 this week

    I have checked on our system with the email address you provided and indeed there is an account related to your email, the username is ROBK2000500, if you're having problems logging in, please try resetting your password, I have checked the email address and I can see it is not in our bounce list, one of the reasons why emails do not get sent. 

    Steps to reset password: 

    1. On the login page and click on the "Forgot password?" link:

    Once there enter the email address related to your account or the account username, the email with the reset instructions will be sent however to the email address you've set up in your account:
