I'm using internet explorer and when I try to view the form the pop up is blank

I tested the form pop-up in Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer. Everything is working fine on my end. Here's some screenshot:
Can you test it on another browser? Also, if you have any pop-up blocker please temporarily turn it off just for testing your form. It will also good idea to update your internet browsers.

this only happens when I go to https://www.jotform.com/myforms/ and click "view form" the new tab pops up so I can view the form but it is blank.
I've disabled my pop-up browser and tried a few other things but I cant fix it for some reason.
This used to be fine, this has only been happening for the past week or so.
I noticed that when the new tab comes up with the blank form the address is "https://www.jotform.com/myforms3/opt/PopupTest.php?target=https%3A%2F%2Fform.jotform.com%2F63004419352246
not sure if this has anything to do with it, or if this is being caused by explorer.

I was able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 / IE11 browser only. When I preview the form in My Forms list, the new tab browser shows only an empty page.
Were you using the same OS and browser? Please try also using a different browser to make it work.
I will submit a bug ticket report to the higher team support.
Wee will let you know here once fixed.
