Medical Marijuana Collective Usage

Hello Jotform. 

I have a medical marijuana collective and I need patients to be abled to send scanned documents and photos via a form to sign up for our collective. Is this ok if we use your service. We are not violating any laws and are compliant. Only using the form for documents. Please advise.

If that is the case, then it's not a problem, however, if we receive a complaint or report from a known authority , we would proceed to suspend the account.
