I have had two submissions. Neither have showed up in my email account.

I checked your submissions' email log. You seem to have received the emails.
Could you please check your spam mail folder and if the emails are there, checked them as not spam? If you can't find the emails at spam folder, please contact us again.

We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
