Is it possible to populate TOWN dropdown field automatically, based on selected STATE? I couldnt find this option anywhere.

There is no such default. Although you can assign special value by default to dropdown field, like State, Country, US state.. But there is no TOWN
You can also customize the value of dropdown field... i.e. put all your TOWN. You can actually copy rows from an excel or csv files and paste them into the dropdown field value to do a quick copy/paste of pre-determined values.
But still there is not existing condition like select STATE then Equals = TOWN. You can probably do for a few using the -Conditional-Logic-on-Forms if your requirement is fixed only to certain state and town.
Hope this help in any way. Thanks.

I’m surprised you didn’t include this option as its very popular. Your form has everything you can ask for, except this one.
I use other form builders and they have it.
Please put in wish list.
