Does jotform bill annually or is it only month-to-month?

Do you guys bill annually or is it a month-to-month term?

Currently, we offer 3 different billing schedules which are monthly, yearly, and bi-yearly.

If you go to our pricing page and click on the upgrade button for whichever plan level you want this is displayed to you before you first before you continue on to finalize purchasing a subscription.
