You guys disabled my account for phishing for no reason. I made another account because I'm trying to build a form for my site quickly. Again, my account was disabled. I created a third account and again was disabled. How do you establish that someone is trying to phish? Literally all I did was create one form and try to embed it in my locally hosted website. Makes your application unusable. Very frustrating. I get that security is important but this is ridiculous.

Your forms are getting disabled for terms of use violation:

    https://www.jotform.com/terms/

It is not allowed to collect login credentials through our forms, such as usernames and passwords. These activities are considered as phishing, and any forms found to be collecting such information are suspended on site.

This is how your forms appear:

If you refrain from collecting such information through your forms, they will no longer be getting suspended. Please review the above linked terms for more details.
