Tag line in email sent to person completing the form

For jotform options which are paid for (i.e., not the free option), does the email you send to the person completing the form include the jotform tag "Create your own forms"?

To answer that question, no, it does not show up on paid accounts unless you want it too since it can be removed by editing the email notification or autoresponder template.
