Some of our users have reported to me that they cannot download the file attachments for submissions. For example, if they do into the form thats attached to this email, and then go into a submission to click a file attachment, they get a 404 error. I do not have this issue, but one user did a screenshare with me and showed me the problem.Page URL:

I have checked your submissions and email logs, I'm currently able to download the uploaded files through both, the emails and the submissions records in the submissions page, here is a screenshot about what I got:
Could you please check on your end once more and with your users?
