Free account includes 100 submissions and then deactivates. Do the forms reactivate at the beginning of the next month?

today being the last day of the month we have 89 submissions.  If we get 12 more before midnight our forms will go down.  Will they come back up automatically tomorrow November 1st.?

Yes, that is correct. However, your account will not go down immediately. You will get an email from JotForm that you have reach the limit. It will give you more time to upgrade but eventually your forms will be disabled. It will be back again after the monthly reset. The reset happens every first day of the month.
