Jotform Language: Add the Kinyarwanda Language

I'm not sure how to make a suggestion, but we would love to add Kinyarwanda as a supported Jotform language. This is a language supported by Microsoft as well as Google, and we use it for our clients as well, but there is no language option for Kinyarwanda.

As a workaround, I am using the English language, but updating it to Kinyarwanda myself, however, if our clients use this form it would have the incorrect language flag.
