Submissions Forward email limits

    I emailed a couple of my forms 3 times in the same hour to test the service, and after that when i tried to continue emailing it i keep getting the message 'opps you have reached your limit', when i have not, i only have 2 submissions and used 1% of the storage.

    Please let me know why this is happening as i would hate for this to happen to a paying client!

     

    Is there a limit as to how many people you can email your forms to?

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the forward email in submission reports?

    You are correct. There is a limit of at least within the hour when forwarding email submissions.

    Please do try at another time, and see if you are able to forward it again.

    Hi Jonathan,
    Thanks for getting back to me. No, it was when i try to email my form, so when i press
    Edit.
    Set up and embed
    Click on the email option in the bottom right hand corner.
    Then type in an address to send it to.
    Last night it was saying i had reached my limit, but when i tried it just now, it sent a form.
    Why is this? Is there a time limit as to how many times one can email a form in the hour? If so, why is this as it will be a little frustrating.

    Hi Alia,

    We have hourly limits on the number of invitation emails you can send. Currently, free users are limited up to 2 sents/hour. We had to do this because spammer abused this feature to send spam using our servers. Sorry about that. 

    The limits are higher for Premium/Professional users. So, if you really need this feature, you should probably consider our $9.95 plan.
