I am just testing a form and i get a mesage that my email is blocked?
My email is, email@example.com
Can you tell me why this is, as I do not use it excessively or in any illegal way?

Neither your email nor your account with jotform is blocked, please contact your service provider and ask them to add the following ip addresses to their white list
Let us know if the issue still persists

After I received your reply, I tried again, and the alert box is still pretty clear that Jotform is blocking my address. I cannot find a way to upload my screenshot, so just to reiterate, the exact message is " Message from Jotform This email address is blocked by Jotform, please contact us".
You guys are usually very good so I know this will be resolved pretty quickly.

Hi, your email email was in the bounce list. I removed it already.

I had removed the email address in the bounce list. You can now received notification alert for the form. It was bounced due to this reason:
