Hi, Im trying to setup the smtp support for my forms but when I clic on it just do nothing... In your tutorial says that when you make clic the configuration appears. but in mine still do nothing
Help me plese

We are currently not having issues in regards to adding a SMTP to the email alerts. Normally, once you select the "+Add new email address" option, the "Email Type" drop down will appear. Here's a screen capture:
Please try to logout from JotForm. Close and re-open your browser. After that, please login to JotForm and try to add a SMTP again.
If it is still not working, please try if it will work on another browser or not. I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
