Can I change my username? Or do I need to create a new account?

    My employer has a JotForm account that we use. The person who set up the account used his name for the username. Now, every link sent out has his name in it. We would like to change the username to our company name. But we don't want to loose all the templates we have set up.

    Is this possible? Can we change our username?

    We can change your username, please note the following:

    -Custom URLs names (ie: will not work once we change an account username(You will need to create new custom links). 

    -However, direct form links like will be fine.

    -Provide for alternate names in case the proposed username is not available.

    -Also, the change will required cancelling your subscription, and re-upgrade using the new username.
