Which subscription do I need if I want to be notified whem my document has been filled out?

You are able to receive email notifications each time your form is filled out even if you're using a free account. 

I have now checked your email address and I can see it is not in our bounce list, the email history also shows that all the emails are being sent, I would also suggest you to check your spam folder and if you find the emails there, please mark them as not spam.
