Email Reply-To field not working

    We used to be able to just hit reply to an email from a jot form and would reply to the email address input into the form. Now it's replying to either the receivers email or to the do not reply jot form email.

    We are having a temporary issue with the Reply-To: field. The issue has been already escalated to our developers and should be fixed within 24 hours. We will let you know once it is completely fixed.

    You should now see the submitters email address in the reply-to field by now.
