Form Calculation Does Not Work

Hi there. This is the third time that I've had to contact about this :( 

The form is not calculating the answers still. It seems like every other one calculates and every other one after that does not. Help!!!

I checked your form calculations and the calculated values on each field. In fact, there is nothing wrong on your calculation. I made several test on your form and each of my test gave a correct result. The reason why you think that calculation does not work is due to the fact that you might forget to add calculation values to the fields here below. 












All of the above fields have no calculated values. That's why, whatever the user select, the calculation assume them as zero. In other words, it does not effect your calculation.
