Dear Team,
We've been using Jot form for almost a year now. We use to have automatic recipient filled when reply our customers booking form. But recently, it doesnt work. Our replied goes automatically to jotform email: JotForm <noreply@jotform.com>. And usually our reply to our guest bounced back.
Can you help us to fix this matter, please?
We urgently need it back. We have have so much booking everyday, and ot is such a waste of time, to copy and paste customer's email when we reply them.
