Why JotForm Silver Monthly Subscription Payment Declined?

    My account was cancelled and changed back to free back in September. Why am I still being billed $39 at the end of September and attempt to collect another $39 in October. Please reply back and stop the billing ASAP.

    Hello Kelley,

    I found your subscription from September, but I couldn't find any charge from October(if I understood you correctly on that one)?

    Your plan is on Free now so you shouldn't be charged or tried to charge. Probably, because your card was declined it tried to charge you once again, but now you're downgraded so that shouldn't happen anymore.
