I can't download uploaded files

    I can't download submissions. I either get an error that jotform.com is redirecting too many times and chrome suggests I clear my cookies, which I did. Still no luck. OR I get an error that the Bandwidth limit was exceded… see image attached.

    Our apologies. The file should now work once again.

    The error was due to the bandwidth limit imposed recently specifically on uploaded files with high bandwidth usage but it was reverted back. Should be fine by now.
