have no idea why... When i fill out the form and go to it on my jotform dashboard, it showws a new submission but the photo file can't be found....??

Our sincere apologies. The file should now work once again.
The error was due to the bandwidth limit which has resumed its operation and now affecting uploaded files with high bandwidth usage. The update was reverted so it should be fine by now.
