We've had two instances today when we didn't get an email notification when a form was submitted. Any way we can remedy this?

I checked your notification e-mail address and it was not in our bounce list. Also, I checked your e-mail address logs, there was no problem at this, as you can see:
Please check your "Spam" folder, select "Not Spam" to move your e-mails to Inbox.
