Why I cannot receive email notifications?

    Some of the submissions we re making arent going to the emails in the notifier feilds can we get some help on this

    I have checked Notification Email addresses in your last modified form. They were not in our bounce list. In addition, I have checked email logs of all notification email addresses of your form. I also sent you a test submission. According to my investigation, notification email addresses are receiving emails when someone submit your form as you can see in the following image.

    There is also an issue about JotForm emails on these days. Unfortunately, some of email providers are filtered JotForm emails as spam. Could you please check your Spam Inbox? If your missing emails are there, could you please mark these emails as "Not Spam"?
