Different follow-up messages depending on replies

I have a list of 7 questions that can be answered with either yes/no

If reply chain is YYYYYY or NYYYYY then people should get a "congratulations" message in their mailbox, if their reply is anything else they should get a "sorry you don't qualify" mail.

I don't think this is a "conditional logic" type of query, but I don't know how to make the mail these people get dependent on their replies.  Thanks to indicate how to achieve this.

    1) You need to create two email notifications, simply follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder, one notification will contain the "Congratulation" message, and the other the "Sorry" message.

    2) Create two conditions to send a specific notification depending on the result: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
