My forms are being randomly disabled. I spent hours working on a form and then when I wanted to publish it was disabled. Why? This is very inconvenient.

I have checked your account and I can see it is currently suspended; however, your forms seem to be fine.
What I would suggest you is to check our terms so you will know what you can and cannot ask in your form, since an account gets suspended because of phishing suspicious: http://www.jotform.com/terms/
