    Stripe: Option to integrate Stripe using an API key is not appearing in new wizard.

    The authentication for this form is successful, however the payment fails. Stripe is recommending refreshing the key. Once I get a new API key, how do I use the new API key with this form? I don't see where I enter it?

    I have checked the Stripe integration and there does not seem to be an option to enter the API key as before. 

    I will report this to our second level so we will be notified if this has been intentionally done or the option will be restored in the new wizard. 

    In the meantime you could achieve this by using the old wizard, simply add "&old" at the end of the Form Builder link to bring up the old wizard:

     

    Once in the old UI, open the payment wizard and click on the option "Enter Stripe API key instead", enter your API information and complete the integration. 

    To get the new UI again simply replace the "&old" with "&reset".

    I used the old Wizard with newly rolled API Keys form Stripe. I'm getting No API Key Provided error now when using the new API Keys on ALL forms with Stripe Subscriptions. However the same API keys work Stripe Products.

    I also get the No API key provided error when using the old wizard on subscriptions. Although, you should still be able to add new subscriptions simply by closing the No API key message. Then add the new subscriptions using the old wizard.

    However, please note that the API Key option is no longer supported using the new wizard, so we still recommend using the "Connect to Stripe" feature from the new wizard instead of using the old wizard, to ensure that the payment field works properly. I understand that you have gotten new API keys. These keys should be automatically applied when you use the "Connect to stripe". Please try using the new wizard and let us know if you are still unable to submit.

    My colleague has raised the issue about entering the API keys on the new wizard. We will let you know if we hear any updates from the developers. Thank you.
