Paypal orders not integrating into Google Spreadsheet

I have created a sign up form for an event using the PayPal option in my JotForm. I have been doing a series of tests before releasing the form for use.

I have tested my form using the PayPal checkout 3 different times, and none of those checkouts have been logged in my Google Spreadsheet. I receive an email from PayPal about a successful payment, and my debit card is charged, but the information does not integrate with the spreadsheet.

The interesting thing is, if I use a coupon code for 100% off (which bypasses the redirection to PayPal) the submission is submitted to Google Sheets just fine. So for some reason, when my customers are redirected to PayPal to pay, their information is not getting recorded on my integrated sheet.

Please help, as I would like to get this form live as soon as possible!

I have cloned your form and ran a test submission on it after integrating it with Google Spreadsheets. However, I could not reproduce the issue you mentioned. Data about the payment passed successfully to the sheet.

What I suggest at this point is to authenticate another gmail account of yours to the same sheet. Another alternative might be removing the current integration and re-adding it.
