We cloned this form from a form we used last year with some text changes. We did not have any real issues with it last year, but this year, thought the cloned and updated form, we have exhibitors calling saying that they are having problems with the form submitting. Some are having problems with the credit card portion of the form and others are having problems with the form itself. Can you check the form to see if you can see any issues pls?Page URL:

The error is explained on this link: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A597. The suggested solution is to change a product type from your Authorize.net dashboard, here are the steps to do so:
1. Log into your account at https://account.authorize.net.
2. Click Account from the main toolbar
3. Click Merchant Profile
4. Refer to the Product Type listed under Business Information
